At Hustle and Hem, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, altered, or washed.
Final sale items are non-refundable.

How to Process a Return

Contact us at info@hustleandhem.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you a pre-paid return shipping tag via email.
Print the shipping tag and drop the item off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive your return and confirm the item's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
